LoL tournament format 2018

SA/NT (3 groups) , VIC (2 groups), WA (2 groups)

Stage 1 – Qualifiers – each team plays 4 rounds of swiss format

The top two (SA/NT) or three (VIC & WA) teams, based on win/loss, from each group will move onto the premier division and all other teams will move to challenger division

tiebreakers – we will schedule in tie breaker matches if required

Stage 2 – Premier/Challenger – each team plays 4 rounds of swiss

tiebreakers – we will schedule in tie breaker matches if required

the top four teams from each group will move onto playoffs

Stage 3 – Playoffs – single elimination knockout (best of 3)

Top team of premier progresses onto the next stage of the High School League of Legends Australian & New Zealand Championship

Online Regional playoffs – Top team from each state/region will play to see who are the top two high school teams in Oceania

Grand finals – Top 2 high school teams in Oceania will face off to be crowned champion
